What we collect
- Identity and contact details: name, email, phone, delivery and billing address
- Order details: what you bought, when, and delivery information
- Payment information: processed by our payment providers. We don't store full card details
- Messages you send us
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, cookies (see below)
- Marketing preferences, if you sign up to our emails
Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To process and deliver your order and handle returns (contract)
- To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation)
- To prevent fraud, keep the site secure and improve it (legitimate interests)
- To send marketing emails (consent, which you can withdraw at any time)
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the shop, such as Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment providers, delivery companies, email services and professional advisers, and with authorities where the law requires. We don't sell your data.
International transfers
Some providers (for example Shopify) may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement/Addendum.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records are kept for 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Other data is kept only as long as needed.

Your rights
